DVR Software
Installing the DVR Software: Go to the link above (blue button)
A blue warning box should appear:


The software should now install.
Once on your system, run the program and a login screen should appear.
Non-Live System
If you have a non-live system then enter 'admin' as your username, and leave the password blank. Click OK to log in. Some DVRs use 'admin' as the password also, so try this if leaving the password blank does not work.

Live System
Click on the 'Type' dropdown and select Server

For server IP, click the Advanced tab and 'Add'. Then enter 'motormax.co.uk' in both boxes and click OK.

Enter your username and password and make sure you select 'Save Password.'

Non-Live Caddy Extraction: Large DVR


1. Locate the handle on the end of the DVR casing. Pull down to open.
2. Pull the cassette out completely from the DVR body.
3. Turn around the cassette to expose the rear side.
4. Open the box that contains the blue USB cable and adapter.
5. Remove the cap that covers the adapter's plug socket.
6. Plug the adapter into the cassette.
7. Plug one end of the blue USB cable into the adapter.
8. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the PC USB port.

3. Turn around the cassette to expose the rear side.
4. Open the box that contains the blue USB cable and adapter.
5. Remove the cap that covers the adapter's plug socket.
6. Plug the adapter into the cassette.
7. Plug one end of the blue USB cable into the adapter.
8. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the PC USB port.

Non-Live Caddy Extraction: Small DVR


1. Unlock the DVR body with the key provided.
2. Release the tabs either side at the front.
3. Slide cassette forwards and out using the handle.
4. Turn around the cassette to expose the rear USB port.
5. Identify blue USB cable.
6. Plug the USB into the cassette rear.
7. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the PC USB port.
